Participation in camp activities is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Mayfield Sports Camps, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency information during registration.

Use of this website and registration in the program constitutes acceptance of all applicable policies, waivers, and terms and conditions of Mayfield Sports Camps.

Mayfield Sports Camps – Payment, Cancellation & Credit Policy

Registration & Payment
All registrations must be paid in full at the time of booking. A camper’s spot is not secured until full payment has been received.

No Refund Policy
All registrations are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation date, missed days, late arrivals, early withdrawals, or changes in personal schedules.

Illness or Injury – Credit Consideration
In cases of documented illness or injury that prevent a child from attending, Mayfield Sports Camps may, at its sole discretion, offer a camp credit for a future session.

Medical documentation may be required.
Credits are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Program Changes by Mayfield Sports Camps
If a camp session is cancelled by Mayfield Sports Camps, a full credit will be issued.

Force Majeure
No refunds or credits will be issued for disruptions due to events beyond our control where reasonable programming alternatives are provided.

Acceptance of Policy
By registering, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this payment and cancellation policy.
